Thai Curry Chicken Soup

  • 1 packet Cream of Chicken w/ Vegetables
  • ¼ cup peas
  • ¼ cup carrots, chopped
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. fresh cilantro

DIRECTIONS

Combine soup mix as directed on the package instructions. Add vegetables, curry powder, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger and cilantro. Microwave per instruction time on soup packet. Pepper, to taste. Stir and let stand 1 minute. Serve.
